Former Southeastern Channel sports anchor-reporters Chris Mycoskie and Kati Morse were named national Finalists recently at the College Sports Media Awards in Atlanta. Currently the Associate Commissioner for Broadcast and New Media for the Southland Conference, Mycoskie handled play-by-play for the SLC’s softball championship game that was nominated for “Outstanding Live Game Production” in the Collegiate Athletics division. Morse, a former Lady Lion softball player, was color analyst for the broadcast. Currently the Director of New Media for Tulane Football, Morse was also named Finalist for “Outstanding Promotion, PSA, Tease, or Marketing Campaign” for her “Tulane Football 2018 Intro“. While at Southeastern, both Mycoskie and Morse were anchor-reporters for “The Big Game.”
