Former Southeastern Channel producer-director Brittany Robinson has been hired as a full-time Operations Technician at WDSU-TV Ch. 6 in New Orleans. In her new position at WDSU, Robinson will handle both studio and control room operations for all WDSU production, including the live newscast. Robinson won an Emmy in 2016 for her feature story writing for “Twin Spans Rebuilt”, commemorating the 10-year anniversary of Katrina. She served as newscast producer and studio assistant director for WDSU before her most recent promotion.
