The Southeastern Channel recently collaborated with Southeastern’s Small Business Development Center to host a professional development workshop for the Louisiana Industrial Development Executives Association. In an effort to help LIDEA economic developers improve their television communication skills, the Channel hosted mock interviews in its studio with 16 economic developers supervised by communications instructor Cheryl Settoon and hosted by student news reporters Amanda Kitch, Dylan Domangue, Tyler Hampton and Chris Rosato. The Channel also set up live streaming of the interviews for individual and group critiques.
