AMANDA KITCH WINS SECOND IN THE NATION

Amanda Kitch of Covington, a reporter-anchor for the Southeastern Channel’s award-winning student newscast, “Northshore News”. won 2nd place in the country at the College Broadcasrters, Inc. National Student Production Awards ceremony in Seattle. Kitch won for her Northshore News story about the opening of Mandeville Beach. Last year, Kitch won first in the nation for her story on “Amite River Flooding.”
