Former award-winning Southeastern Channel and “Northshore News”, anchor-reporter Erika Ferrando has been nominated for a prestigious professional Emmy award by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for the Mid-America Region. Currently a TV news reporter for KTHV-11 (CBS) in Little Rock, Ark. (DMA 56), Ferrando was nominated in the “General Assignment Report- Within 24 Hours” category for her story, “Veterans Provide Burial for Fellow Veteran Without a Family“.
