A bevy of aspiring reporters, anchors, producers, directors, videographers and editors from the Southeastern Channel attended the Louisiana Association of Broadcasters’ Student Career Workshop Saturday, Feb. 24th at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans. The students were able to hear and interact with panelists such as CBS network White House correspondent Rita Braver as well as network at the Job Fair attended by news directors from stations like WDSU-TV Ch. 6 in New Orleans, WVUE-TV FOX 8 in New Orleans and WAFB-TV Ch. 9 in Baton Rouge.
