A Southeastern Channel live basketball broadcast production has been named fourth best in the nation by the Broadcast Education Association (BEA) at its national 2018 Festival of Media Arts student competition.
For the third time this season, the Southeastern Channel will broadcast men’s and women’s basketball games live with Saturday’s doubleheader with Abilene Christian. Pregame starts at 2 pm. for the Lady Lions and 5 pm. for the men.
Former Southeastern Channel news anchor-reporter Caroline Patrickis has been hired as a TV Reporter for WJLA-TV ABC 7 News in Washington, D.C. (DMA 6).
