Southeastern Channel anchor-reporter Amanda Kitch has been named the winner of the 2018 Louisiana Association of Broadcasters Student Scholarship. An anchor-reporter- producer for “Northshore News”, Kitch was presented the $4,000 scholarship at the LAB’s annual Prestige Awards ceremony at the Baton Rouge Marriott before all television and radio professionals and stations in Louisiana. A Southeastern Channel student has received a scholarship at the LAB’s Prestige Awards four of the past five years.
