Former Southeastern Channel producer-director Courtney Bruno has been hired as Entertainment Producer at WLFT-TV in Baton Rouge, seen on the national network channels Me-TV 30.1, Me-TV 30.2, Home Shopping Network 30.3, and Antenna TV 30.4, and on Cox Cable 117 in Baton Rouge and Eatel cable channel 35 in Plaquemines. In her new position Bruno not only produces, but also directs and edits shows like Travel with Mackie, A Better Life, Our Old Stomping Grounds, Cajun Cooking, and Baker Forward. A May 2018 graduate of Southeastern, Bruno was an award-winning filmmaker and producer of the Southeastern Channel’s sketch comedy show, “College Night”.
