Former Southeastern Channel reporter-videographer-editor Steven Smith has been hired as a news videographer at KDFY-TV (FOX) Ch. 4 in Dallas, Tx., the number one TV station in Dallas, the fifth largest market in the United States. A former reporter-anchor for “The Big Game” sportscast and reporter for “Northshore News” on the Southeastern Channel, Smith moves to Dallas after two years at KEYE-TV (CBS) Ch. 42 in Austin (DMA 39) and two years at WPMI-TV (NBC) Ch. 15 in Mobile, Ala. (DMA 59) after graduating from Southeastern in 2014. At the Southeastern Channel Smith also handled play-by-play and sideline announcing duties for live game broadcasts.
