The Southeastern Channel won first place in the entire nation Saturday at the College Broadcasters, Inc. National Student Production Awards ceremony in Seattle.
Amanda Kitch of Covington, a reporter-anchor for the Southeastern Channel’s award-winning student newscast, “Northshore News”. won 2nd place in the country at the College Broadcasrters, Inc. National Student Production Awards ceremony in Seattle.
The 3/8/2018 episodes of the Southeastern Channel’s student sportscast, “The Big Game”, was named third best Student Sportscast in the country over the weekend by College Broadcasters, Inc. at their 2018 National Student Production awards in Seattle.
The public service announcements, “Proud Dad”, produced by Jeremy Gaines, and “Don’t Procrastinate”, produced by Jennifer Doss, were both honored over the weekend.
