Former Southeastern Channel news producer Jordan Reid is currently featured in the latest edition of Southeastern magazine and on Southeastern Louisiana University’s home page. Reid is currently a news producer for KATC-TV Ch. 3 (ABC) in Lafayette (DMA 120) where she produces the 5 pm. newscast. At the Southeastern Channel Reid was producer-reporter for “Northshore News”, winning honors as the top regional newscast from the Society of Professional Journalists and the Southeast Journalism Conference. Reid also produced “College Night”, the student comedy show which recently won first place in the nation for Best Video Comedy at the National Student Production Awards held by College Broadcasters, Inc. in Seattle.
