Former Southeastern Channel reporter-anchor Schuylar Ramsey has been hired as a TV news reporter by WABG-TV Delta News 15 in Greenwood, Ms. A former reporter for the award-winning student newscast, “Northshore News”, and a reporter-anchor for the student sportscast, “The Big Game”, named best in the nation by College Broadcasters, Inc., Ramsey will cover the Northwest Mississippi beat for Delta News. At the Southeastern Channel, Ramsey won a “Mark of Excellence” award for “Broadcast Videography” given by the Society of Professional Journalists. She graduated from Southeastern in May.
