Former Southeastern Channel videographer-editor Steven Canatella is the owner of the Odideo Media Group of Mandeville, a media production company he started in 2015 which produces wedding videos along with commercial content for businesses and personal brands. Cantatella’s “Louisiana is for Lovers” Wedding Videography website includes numerous videos that hes produced, including one of his wedding videos for former Southeastern Channel reporter-anchor and current KTBS-TV Shreveport reporter-anchor Dominique Brogle Guba. Since his graduation from Southeastern in 2012, Canatella helped create the media department for Dixie RV Superstores of Hammond where he produced commercials, product walkthroughs, and training videos for the company. He also produced videos for the Salad Station in Hammond and produced “My Morphin’ Life”, a reality TV web series starring the original Green/White Power Ranger, Jason David Frank. Canatella has also participated in the Hammond 48-Hour Horror Festival the past two years and was named to the Board of Directors this year. At the Southeastern Channel Canatella shot and edited a variety of sports, lecture and entertainment segments and shows, including short films and music videos for “Cinematheque” and vignettes for the student comedy show, “College Night”.
