Former Southeastern Channel producer-director-videographer-editor Jeremy Gaines is now the Human Resources Video Coordinator for Performance Contractors, Inc., an industrial contractor company in Baton Rouge. As Video Coordinator, Gaines shoots and edits safety and training videos for company workers and clients. A May 2019 graduate of Southeastern, Gaines produced, directed, wrote, shot, edited and acted in four episodes of the supernatural thriller miniseries, “Darkstalkers“, which aired on the Southeastern Channel. He also wrote, produced, directed, shot, edited and acted in comedy segments for the student comedy series, “College Night”, which was named first in the nation by College Broadcasters, Inc. at the 2018 National Student Production Awards in Seattle for Best Video Comedy. CBI also honored Gaines last year with second place in the country for Best Video Public Service Announcement for his PSA, “Proud Dad“. Gaines also shot a variety of educational programs, and live sports and music events for the Southeastern Channel.
