A forum for local candidates in Nov. 16 runoff elections entitled, “The Race is On!”, will debut on the Southeastern Channel at 8 pm. Wednesday, Nov. 6th.
SOUTHEASTERN CHANNEL WINS FIRST IN THE NATION
The Southeastern Channel won 1st Place in the Nation honors twice over the weekend at the College Broadcasters, Inc. annual National Student Production Awards convention in St. Louis.
“NORTHSHORE NEWS” NAMED SECOND BEST IN THE NATION
The Southeastern Channel’s student newscast, “Northshore News”, won 2nd Place in the Nation honors for “Best Video Newscast” at the College Broadcasters, Inc. annual National Student Production Awards convention in St. Louis over the weekend.
“SIDE EFFECTS”
The Southeastern Channel was named a National Finalist (one of the top four in the country) for a short film at the College Broadcasters, Inc. Visual Media Festival recently in St. Louis.
