Southeastern alumnus and Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts participated in both a groundbreaking for the new Robin Roberts Broadcast Media Center and an extensive Q & A with a very curious group of undergraduates.
Southeastern Channel staff members Carson Fryou and Brendon Smith were recently awarded individual honors at the Southeast Journalism Conference. The channel also received a national 2nd place award from the Broadcast Education Association for its production of the Lady Lions basketball game against LSU.
