Southeastern Channel staff members Carson Fryou and Brendon Smith were recently awarded individual honors at the Southeast Journalism Conference. The channel also received a national 2nd place award from the Broadcast Education Association for its production of the Lady Lions basketball game against LSU.
Southeastern Channel alumnus Tara Barbe recently assumed the role of Television Production Instructor at the Tangipahoa Parish School System Advanced College and Career Magnet Center in Independence, La.
