From how to get tested for the Coronavirus to school food distribution, timely and important news and Coronavirus information specific to residents of each North Shore parish will be the subject of a brand new weekly segment airing on the Southeastern Channel. “Northshore News Update: Coronavirus on the North Shore” will debut at 4 pm. Friday, March 27th on the Southeastern Channel and will air throughout the day each day until the airing of a new segment every Friday. The update can be seen on the Southeastern Channel’s live 24-7 broadcast on Spectrum 199 and at thesoutheasternchannel.com along with streaming live on Roku and AppleTV. Also, on Southeastern Channel social media at Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Students Gabby Cox, Chris Rosato, and Kaylee Normand, all TV reporters for the Channel’s national award-winning student newscast, “Northshore News”, will file weekly reports from home on the most critical information for residents of Tangipahoa, St. Tammany, Livingston, and Washington parishes.
